Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience preferred, with a strong background in fast-casual or full-service dining.
- Proficient in financial management, including P&L statements and cost of goods sold (COGS).
- Current food handler certification required.
- Ability to work in a restaurant environment that may include handling or being around shellfish.
