Restaurant Manager – Summary
- Lead daily operations for both FOH and BOH, ensuring exceptional guest service and consistent execution in a scratch-kitchen setting.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Direct all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, food quality, safety, and compliance with company policies.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor restaurant team members, building a knowledgeable and motivated workforce.
- Establish and maintain operational standards for service, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, control costs, and drive profitability through effective management strategies.
- Implement performance-based initiatives and deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate closely with both FOH and BOH teams to ensure seamless service during peak hours and special events.
- Uphold all safety and sanitation protocols, creating a safe and welcoming environment for staff and guests alike.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of corporate restaurant management experience in a high-volume setting.
- Proven leadership skills in either FOH (guest service and hospitality) or BOH (scratch kitchen and operations).
- Demonstrated ability to build, coach, and develop a team from the ground up.
- Hands-on management style with a passion for delivering quality and consistency every shift.
