Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of front-of-house management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of team engagement and service excellence
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, and cost controls
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- ServSafe and/or local food handler certifications preferred
