Restaurant Manager - Summary
- Responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily restaurant operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations, coordinating open, mid-day, and closing responsibilities.
- Deliver superior guest services and ensure a consistently high level of guest satisfaction.
- Facilitate effective communication between all restaurant staff and managers.
- Mentor, coach, and support both front-of-house and back-of-house team members.
- Provide hiring and termination recommendations to the general manager.
- Oversee financial responsibilities, including inventory management, food ordering, and labor target adherence.
- Implement and maintain company standards and service levels to increase sales while minimizing operational costs.
- Arrange onboarding and training schedules for new employees to ensure proper integration into the team.
- Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations throughout the restaurant.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two years of high-volume, full-service restaurant management experience in a corporate casual dining environment.
- Experience in executive kitchen management is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and operational systems.
- Strong customer service orientation and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate, direct, and mentor managers and staff.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, including standing and walking for extended periods (8-10 hours).
