Restaurant Manager - Summary
- Oversees all aspects of daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient workflow and superior guest satisfaction.
- Acts as a key leader and role model for front of house staff, promoting a positive team culture and excellent customer service standards.
- Works in close collaboration with back of house managers and staff for seamless restaurant performance.
- Directly contributes to the achievement of company goals, including financial targets, employee retention, and operational excellence.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise front of house operations throughout opening, mid-day, and closing shifts.
- Deliver superior guest service, ensuring every customer enjoys a positive dining experience.
- Facilitate effective communication between front of house and back of house staff and management.
- Mentor, coach, and onboard new team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Make recommendations regarding hiring and termination to the general manager as needed.
- Oversee financial responsibilities such as inventory management, ordering, and labor target achievement.
- Uphold company standards and service levels to maximize sales and minimize costs (food, beverage, supply, utility, and labor).
- Arrange comprehensive onboarding and training for new employees.
- Monitor compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations to ensure a safe and healthy workplace.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in high-volume, full-service corporate casual dining restaurant management.
- Experience in executive kitchen management is preferred.
- Proficiency with restaurant management software systems.
- Demonstrated strengths in customer service, communication, and team leadership.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, standing and walking for 8 to 10 hours per shift.
- Strong skills in motivating and directing both managers and team members to achieve exceptional results.
