Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily floor operations, including managing guest flow and coordinating team activities during peak hours to optimize efficiency.
- Enforce cleanliness, safety, and service protocols to create a welcoming atmosphere and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Address guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Implement corporate initiatives and daily operational procedures, guaranteeing consistent adherence to brand and company standards.
- Manage scheduling, labor controls, and monitor staff performance to maximize productivity and maintain budgetary guidelines.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics to ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar management to facilitate seamless service and a cohesive team dynamic.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of management experience in a high-volume, corporate restaurant environment, with proven success in FOH operations.
- Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide diverse teams.
- Capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where multitasking and adaptability are essential.
- Proficiency with restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems and scheduling software, enabling efficient management of daily operations.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of a busy hospitality environment.
- Food safety certification is preferred and may be required by local regulations.
