Key Responsibilities

Required Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-of-house management within a casual or full-service dining environment.
- Demonstrated history of leading teams in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant settings with measurable success in team performance and guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to effectively coach, discipline, and inspire FOH staff.
- Comprehensive understanding of liquor laws, inventory management, and safe food handling practices.
