Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding customer service and address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally
- Assist the General Manager with daily operational tasks, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and maintenance of a clean, organized environment
- Lead, motivate, and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff; foster a positive and collaborative workplace
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities to maintain workflow efficiency and adherence to quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and coordinate with suppliers for timely orders
- Uphold food quality, presentation, and service standards through regular inspections and adherence to procedures
- Support sales initiatives and revenue growth through effective upselling and menu promotion
- Assist with cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations and documentation

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry
