Restaurant Manager - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and execute opening, mid-day, and closing duties consistently.
- Deliver superior guest service, actively ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate communication between front-of-house and back-of-house teams and managers to promote operational synergy.
- Coach, mentor, and support all staff, helping them achieve personal and team goals.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process of new employees, including scheduling training and providing ongoing feedback.
- Monitor and manage all financial responsibilities, including inventory, ordering, and labor targets.
- Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs related to food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations, conducting regular checks and training.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience managing a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Executive kitchen management experience is preferred, though not required.
- Proficiency with restaurant management software and technology platforms.
- Strong customer service orientation, effective communication skills, and team management abilities.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, including standing and walking for extended periods (8-10 hours).
- Demonstrated ability to motivate and direct managers and staff to achieve operational goals.
