Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of guest service, food quality, and front-of-house procedures are executed to the highest standards.
- Manage and mentor both department managers and hourly staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment that supports professional growth and high morale.
- Drive profitability by implementing cost control measures, managing inventory efficiently, optimizing labor scheduling, and improving operational processes.
- Uphold consistent execution of all brand standards, recipes, and service protocols to deliver a seamless guest experience.

- Analyze key performance metrics to identify opportunities for increased sales, reduced waste, and enhanced guest satisfaction.
- Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and training processes to build a guest-focused and high-performing team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback to team members.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience as a manager or senior manager in a full-service restaurant environment.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire, motivate, and develop others.
- Successful track record in achieving sales targets and profit goals within the hospitality industry.
- Experience with P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning to support business growth and sustainability.
- Familiarity with craft beer or a willingness to become knowledgeable about beer and food pairings to enhance guest experiences.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the needs of a full-service restaurant.
