Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of two (2) years experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Managing Partner in a high-volume, full-service environment
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse group of employees
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, encompassing both front-of-house and back-of-house functions
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and cost control
