Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Direct and manage daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, guest services, facility cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety protocols. Consistently uphold company guidelines and industry standards to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of restaurant staff. Provide regular coaching, performance evaluations, and mentorship to foster a supportive and productive work environment. Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and continual professional growth among all employees.
- Customer Service: Set and model high standards for customer service, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding dining experience. - Financial Management: Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics, such as sales, labor costs, and overall profitability. - Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or Managing Partner in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment
- Demonstrated leadership and management abilities with a proven track record of motivating and guiding diverse teams
- Comprehensive knowledge of restaurant operations, including both front-of-house and back-of-house functions
- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial management expertise, including budgeting and cost control
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
