Key Responsibilities- Lead all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management, to ensure outstanding service and food quality.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier team members, fostering a positive work environment that emphasizes professional development and teamwork.
- Implement company standards and policies to achieve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage financial performance through careful oversight of profit and loss (P&L) statements, budgeting, and cost control to ensure profitability and sustained growth.
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives and community outreach efforts to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership on business development opportunities and support the opening of new restaurant locations as the company expands.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a General Manager (GM) role within a full-service restaurant environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing all facets of restaurant operations, including strong P&L accountability.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain high-performing team members.
- Track record of successfully increasing sales and building strong community relationships.
- Passion for mentoring and training staff at all levels.
