Restaurant General Manager Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our quick-service restaurant brand. This full-time position plays a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining operational standards, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Provide effective leadership to all restaurant staff, establishing a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Inspire team members to perform at their best, foster a culture of respect and accountability, and support professional development through regular coaching and constructive feedback.
- Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives outstanding service by consistently monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly. Maintain high quality standards in food preparation and presentation to enhance the dining experience.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food safety, and cleanliness. Implement best practices to optimize workflow, uphold safety and sanitation protocols, and ensure compliance with company policies as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
- Financial Performance: Monitor and manage the restaurant's sales, expenses, and profitability. Analyze financial reports, establish revenue goals, and implement effective cost-control measures to achieve and exceed financial targets.
- Training and Development: Lead the onboarding and ongoing training of team members. Encourage continuous learning by promoting industry best practices and supporting team members in their professional growth.
- Culture and Values: Uphold the company’s mission and values by promoting a culture of honesty, motivation, and positivity. Serve as a role model for ethical behavior and community involvement.

- Minimum of 2 years prior experience as a general manager in the restaurant industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers, staff, and management.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site responsibilities.
