Restaurant Front of House Manager (FOH Manager) - Summary
- Lead all front-of-house operations in a high-volume, full-service restaurant setting.
- Supervise, train, and develop front-of-house team members including servers, hosts, bartenders, and support staff.
- Uphold company standards and ensure consistent, exceptional guest experiences.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and back-of-house managers to deliver seamless service.
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to maintain optimal service flow and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule servers, hosts, bartenders, and other front-of-house staff.
- Implement and enforce brand standards, operational processes, and health and safety protocols.

- Partner with kitchen and back-of-house managers to coordinate service and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Manage labor costs and staffing levels in accordance with business volumes and budget objectives.

- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and conducting weekly administrative tasks as assigned.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-of-house management within a corporate, high-volume, full-service restaurant.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of building and motivating effective teams.
- Deep understanding of restaurant operations, scheduling, labor management, and cost control.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- ServSafe certification or state/local food handler certification preferred.
