Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) - Summary- Deliver respiratory therapy services to patients of all age groups in an acute care setting
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals to optimize patient care
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures as prescribed
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
- Perform respiratory therapy treatments and diagnostic procedures following physician orders
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditions
- Administer oxygen therapy, aerosol medications, and airway clearance therapies
- Assist with ventilator management and advanced respiratory support
- Provide care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately

- Current state Respiratory Therapist license or eligibility (letter of authority for new graduates)
- Current ACLS certification
- Associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy preferred
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential preferred
