We are actively seeking a skilled and licensed Residential Electrician to join our full-time team in Centennial, CO. This pivotal role is designed for an experienced professional who excels in residential electrical work, supports home electrification initiatives, and is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Residential Electrician, you will play a direct role in home electrification projects, including the installation of heat pumps, electrical upgrades, panel work, and comprehensive residential electrical services. Residential Electrician - Summary- Full-time Residential Electrician position supporting home electrification and energy efficiency projects
- Located in Centennial, CO, serving the Denver Metro Area
- Key contributor in the installation, upgrade, and maintenance of residential electrical systems
- Integral member of a team dedicated to advancing clean energy adoption in homes
- Perform residential electrical work to support heat pump installations and other home electrification projects
- Install and upgrade electrical panels, subpanels, disconnects, breakers, and circuits
- Troubleshoot and repair residential electrical systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematics to execute accurate installations
- Calculate electrical loads and ensure all work complies with current electrical code and safety standards
- Install smart thermostats and other low-voltage control systems as required
- Test electrical systems to verify safe and proper operation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site at all times
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

- Active Colorado Journeyman Electrician or Residential Wireman license required
- Minimum of 5 years of residential electrical service or retrofit experience
- Strong understanding of residential electrical systems and current electrical code
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Experience with energized service upgrades (ESUs) and working on live electrical panels
- Skilled in replacing main panels and subpanels
- Proficient in installing HVAC disconnects, dedicated HVAC circuits, and smart thermostats
- Familiarity with supporting residential heat pump or HVAC installations is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach
