As a Research Study Participant, you will engage in a 90-minute session guided by a trained moderator. The activities are straightforward and involve simple movements, such as sitting, standing, turning your head, and holding a neutral pose for the camera. The purpose of the session is to observe natural movement and comfort levels; no special skills, choreography, or previous experience are necessary. All instructions and demonstrations will be provided on-site, and participants can take breaks as needed to ensure their comfort. This session is strictly for research purposes and is not an audition or performance.
For those under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must accompany the participant, review, and sign a consent form on-site. The accompanying adult may remain in the waiting area, where refreshments are provided, or observe the session as appropriate. Compensation for participation in the video project is $100, delivered digitally within 24 hours of completing the session. Upon arrival, participants should bring a photo ID (a student ID is acceptable) and dress in comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. It is recommended to avoid clothing with large logos to ensure the camera focuses on movement.
