Research Study Participant - Video Project
Are you a parent or teen interested in taking part in a unique research opportunity? We invite individuals to participate in a research study focused on simple, in-person video activities. This research study participant opportunity is perfect for teens between the ages of 13 and 19, as well as their parents or legal guardians who wish to accompany them. The session is designed to be welcoming and inclusive, with a professional moderator to guide you through the process. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your authentic self and a willingness to participate.
Participants will join a 90-minute in-studio session, where activities are straightforward and easy to follow. The research session will be held at a professional research studio and is suitable for those who are comfortable following simple prompts such as sitting, standing, turning your head, and holding a neutral pose for the camera. The purpose of this research project is purely observational, and there is no element of performance or audition involved. All activities are designed with safety and participant comfort in mind, and breaks are available at any time during the session.
For teens under 18 years of age, it is required that a parent or legal guardian accompany you to the session. The parent or guardian will review and sign a consent form on site and may either remain in the waiting area or observe the session from the studio, depending on preference and protocol. Parents or guardians who also choose to participate in the activities may receive additional compensation. Our team is dedicated to maintaining a safe, respectful environment for all participants, and we follow a structured, safety-first protocol throughout the research process.
The session includes light refreshments such as snacks and beverages for both participants and their accompanying adults, ensuring a comfortable experience. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our research moderator, who will explain the session’s plan, demonstrate the activities, and answer any questions you may have. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the moderator is trained to provide clear instructions and support throughout the session. If you need a break at any time, just let the moderator know—your comfort is our priority.
Compensation for participating in the research study is delivered digitally within 24 hours of session completion. Teens and their accompanying parents or guardians both receive payment, with additional compensation available if both choose to participate actively in the video session. Payment details and amounts will be clearly communicated during the intake and confirmation process.
To prepare for your session, please bring a valid photo ID (student IDs are accepted) and wear comfortable clothing with closed-toe shoes. Please avoid wearing clothing with large logos to ensure the camera can focus on natural movement. Exact location details, parking information, and specific arrival instructions will be provided to you after your application is accepted and your appointment is confirmed.
Joining this research study participant opportunity is straightforward. Simply apply through the provided application link and complete a short intake form. After applying, you will receive a confirmation email with your session time and all necessary details for arrival. On the day of the session, arrive with your parent or guardian if you are under 18, check in at the studio, and complete the guided activities with our moderator. You will receive your compensation within 24 hours of successfully completing the session.
This research study is committed to respecting your privacy. All video recordings and information collected are used solely for research purposes. We do not sell personal contact information, and all data is handled with the utmost confidentiality. If you have questions before your appointment, you can reply to your confirmation email for assistance.
