Upon arrival at the studio, each Research Study Participant will check in and be greeted by a friendly moderator. The moderator will outline the session plan and demonstrate each activity beforehand, so participants always know what to expect. Activities are straightforward and do not require any special skills or prior experience—just a willingness to take part and share feedback on comfort and posture. There is no requirement for choreography, stunts, or performance-based tasks. Breaks are readily available at any time, and the session is tailored to prioritize participant comfort and safety.
Parents or legal guardians accompanying minors will be asked to review and sign a consent form on site. They are welcome to relax in a comfortable waiting area with refreshments or observe the session if they wish. The research team follows a structured, safety-first protocol at all times, ensuring peace of mind for both participants and guardians. All participant data is handled confidentially and used exclusively for research purposes, with a strong emphasis on privacy and ethical standards.
To ensure each Research Study Participant is comfortable, snacks and drinks are provided throughout the session for both the participant and their accompanying adult. Compensation of $90 is delivered digitally within 24 hours of successfully completing the session. For the session, participants are asked to bring a valid photo ID (student ID is acceptable) and to wear comfortable clothing with closed-toe shoes.
