Remote Insurance Customer Service Representative (State Farm Experience Required)
$24/hr | Part-Time | Work From Home
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Effectively manage incoming calls
- Generate multi-line leads Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow-up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers
- Proficient with ECRM
Requirements:
- Spanish Speaking Mandatory
- Active P&C license required
- 2+ years working in a State Farm agent office REQUIRED
- Spanish fluency required
- Flexible schedule (4 hours/day)
