Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct consultative insurance sales by identifying client needs and recommending appropriate insurance products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Manage sensitive and confidential client information with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Utilize knowledge of the State Farm Agency model and market area operations to support agency goals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the agency.
- Ensure compliance with all licensing, regulatory, and agency standards.
- Participate in one in-office day per month for team meetings, training, and collaboration.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training initiatives provided by the agency.
Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Active Life & Health insurance license required.
- Previous experience working with State Farm is mandatory.

- Multi-state licensing preferred but not required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
