We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our cardiology department in the specialized Nuclear Medicine Stress Lab. The Registered Nurse (RN) position offers a consistent Monday through Friday daytime schedule, with no evening or weekend shifts required. Registered Nurse (RN) - Summary
- Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) role in a cardiology department, focused on the Nuclear Medicine Stress Lab.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient care during nuclear stress testing and related procedures.
- Provide compassionate care, patient education, and support throughout the diagnostic process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor patients before, during, and after nuclear stress tests, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Administer medications and intravenous agents as ordered by the physician.
- Assist with patient preparation and recovery for nuclear cardiology procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation using electronic health records (EHR).
- Provide clear instructions and education to patients and families regarding procedures, preparation, and post-test care.
- Work collaboratively with physicians, technologists, and other nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Utilize strong computer skills to manage patient records and coordinate scheduling.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills in all interactions.

- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
