The Registered Nurse (RN) position is central to maintaining and improving patient health outcomes through direct care, patient assessment, care planning, and ongoing evaluation. You will also be responsible for educating patients and their families, fostering an environment of trust, support, and open communication. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing and guiding less experienced staff members, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, and monitoring patient status changes. Your documentation and communication skills will be essential in ensuring accurate and up-to-date medical records, which are crucial for quality care and regulatory compliance. Registered Nurse (RN) - Summary- Directly provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care in accordance with facility and state guidelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Serve as a resource for patients, families, and colleagues by providing education and support.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, including infection control and confidentiality.
- Contribute to a compassionate and inclusive environment focused on patient well-being.
- Deliver high-quality, direct patient care and supervise care provided by LPNs and CNAs.
- Administer medications and prescribed treatments accurately and safely.
- Conduct ongoing patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient progress.
- Monitor and document any changes in patient condition, communicating findings to the healthcare team promptly.
- Provide thorough patient and family education to support understanding and participation in care plans.
- Maintain meticulous and timely medical records in alignment with facility and state requirements.
- Adhere strictly to infection control, safety protocols, and confidentiality rules at all times.

- Current, active RN license in the State of Oregon (required).
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required), or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- ACLS or PALS certification preferred, but not required.
