Registered Nurse (RN) - Summary
- Full-time Registered Nurse (RN) position with ARC Group’s client facility in Clinton, SC.
- Responsible for delivering patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care.
- Engage in clinical assessment, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide safe, effective, and evidence-based nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols.
- Assess patient conditions, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate outcomes for best clinical results.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and preventive healthcare practices.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
- Uphold infection control, safety, and quality standards at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active South Carolina RN license or eligibility for compact state licensure.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required).
- 2-5 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Hospice care experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills are essential.
