Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Summary- Full-time position in an elementary school setting
- Work collaboratively with teachers, BCBAs, and support staff
- Support students in 3rd and 4th grade autistic support classrooms
- Promote positive behavior and skill development for students with autism
- Contribute to a structured and supportive learning environment
- Provide behavioral and instructional support to students with autism
- Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) as directed by a BCBA or educational team
- Assist teachers with daily classroom operations, routines, and transitions
- Support students' behavioral regulation, communication, and social skill development
- Collect, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data as required
- Work with teachers and therapists to facilitate structured learning activities
- Collaborate with school staff to ensure student success and inclusion
