- Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, safety, service levels, and cost containment.
- Design and implement processes for continuous improvement and operational reporting.
- Oversee fiscal operations for each facility, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and profit and loss accountability.
- Support the retention and satisfaction of the customer base by nurturing client relationships, facilitating contract renewals, and proactively addressing service issues.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support the onboarding and successful integration of new accounts, including healthcare and other institutional clients.
- Ensure responsible management of company assets through effective engineering oversight and preventive maintenance programs.
- Promote cost-effective operations while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
- Ensure compliance with all human resources policies, regulatory requirements, staffing needs, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term operational objectives to enhance responsiveness, flexibility, and efficiency in a results-oriented environment.

- Minimum of seven (7) years of senior management experience in laundry operations or a related operational environment, with direct experience in customer and contract-based services.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with budgeting, financial forecasting, and supporting the sales process is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to present complex information to diverse audiences.
