Key responsibilities include leading and developing plant management teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and establishing robust performance metrics to monitor and improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost controls. The role also includes oversight of financial performance, encompassing revenue management, expense control, profit optimization, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
The Regional Operations Vice President cultivates strong relationships with clients to retain and expand the customer base, proactively addressing service concerns and supporting contract renewals. This leader supports the sales process and ensures seamless onboarding and integration of new hospital and customer accounts. Asset management is a core component of the role, requiring the oversight of engineering functions, preventive maintenance programs, and the cost-effective operation of plant facilities. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction for all regional plant operations
- Ensure operational efficiency, quality, and consistency across facilities
- Lead, coach, and develop plant leadership teams
- Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs for productivity, quality, safety, service, and cost control
- Develop and implement reporting processes for continuous improvement
- Oversee fiscal performance, including revenue, expenses, profit, budgeting, and forecasting
- Build strong client relationships and support contract renewals
- Address service concerns proactively to retain customer base
- Support sales processes and onboarding of new accounts
- Maintain accountability for company assets and engineering oversight
- Ensure preventive maintenance programs and cost-effective plant operations
- Ensure compliance with HR requirements, training, staffing, payroll, and benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of seven (7) years of senior management experience in laundry operations or a similar operational environment
- Experience with customer and contract-based service environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and sales support highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated leadership skills, initiative, accountability, and flexibility
- In-depth knowledge of contract administration and office procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must reside within a reasonable distance of a designated operational area
