Regional Operations Vice President - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide effective leadership and direction to regional plant operations, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency across all facilities.
- Mentor and develop plant leadership teams, including oversight of staffing, succession planning, and professional development initiatives.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for productivity, quality, safety, service delivery, and cost controls.
- Implement and manage reporting processes to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational best practices.
- Oversee all fiscal aspects for each facility, including revenue management, expense control, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
- Strengthen customer retention by building robust client relationships, supporting contract renewals, and proactively addressing service issues.
- Support sales processes, ensuring successful onboarding and ramp-up of new hospital and commercial customer accounts.
- Maintain accountability for company assets, including engineering oversight and preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with human resources policies, including regulatory training, staffing, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Develop and execute both short-term and long-term operational objectives, maintaining responsiveness and flexibility in dynamic environments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of seven (7) years of senior management experience in laundry operations or a similar operational environment, with direct experience in customer and contract-based service management.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and sales support functions.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to effectively present information to various stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Strong leadership skills, high initiative, and a demonstrated sense of accountability and flexibility.
- Comprehensive knowledge of contract administration and office procedures.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to reside within a reasonable driving distance of one of the company’s operational locations or designated metropolitan areas.
