- Oversees multiple care centers with a focus on clinical quality and operational alignment

- Drive continuous improvement in value-based quality metrics (including HEDIS and Star Ratings)
- Reduce avoidable hospitalizations and manage medical costs effectively
- Collaborate with operational leadership to align clinical practices with organizational business objectives
- Analyze clinical performance data to inform and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and clinical best practices
- Develop relationships with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), and community health providers to enhance care coordination
- Support the professional growth of provider teams through mentorship and education

- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree with active and unrestricted medical license
- Leadership experience as a physician in clinical settings preferred

- Expertise in medical cost management and clinical quality metrics
- Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary care teams
- Spanish language fluency required
- Ability to travel regionally across care centers
- Proven track record of clinical leadership in primary care or senior-focused healthcare settings
