Recruiting Coordinator - Summary
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for a leading organization, serving as a liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Ensure a positive, efficient, and organized candidate experience throughout the interview and onboarding stages.
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition and Human Capital teams to drive successful hiring outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, including booking conference rooms and managing calendar invitations for candidates and interviewers.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a welcoming and informative experience during the recruitment process.
- Develop, communicate, and adjust interview schedules as needed to accommodate candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
- Assist with conducting reference checks and initiating background checks in accordance with company policies.
- Partner with Human Capital and Technology teams to support new hire onboarding and ensure all pre-employment requirements are met.
- Participate in and support ad hoc talent acquisition projects, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in roles requiring multitasking, organization, and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarity.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Greenhouse, is strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to proactively prioritize tasks.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across various departments and organizational levels.
- Interest in pursuing a career in recruiting or talent acquisition.
