Recruiting Coordinator - Summary
- Acts as a central support for the recruiting team, ensuring all candidate and hiring processes run smoothly.
- Communicates company culture, values, and job requirements to prospective candidates, fostering a welcoming and informative candidate experience.
- Provides critical administrative assistance by managing schedules, maintaining records, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
- Assists with sourcing, onboarding, and orientation activities as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the talent acquisition function.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews for candidates, working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure timely and efficient processes.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, providing updates, guidance, and information about the company and position.
- Create, post, and maintain job requisitions in the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring accurate and up-to-date job postings.
- Monitor and track new hires in the ATS, ensuring all required documentation and paperwork are completed prior to onboarding.
- Send weekly communications to new hires and managers, preparing both parties for the onboarding process and the upcoming start date.
- Assist in sourcing passive candidates as needed, supporting recruiting efforts during periods of high volume or special projects.
- Collaborate with HR Generalists to help facilitate new hire orientation sessions, monthly team meetings, and team events, promoting a cohesive team culture.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for out-of-town candidates, including payment and reimbursement for travel expenses.

Qualifications & Requirements
- One year of general office or business experience required, ideally in a human resources or recruiting support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage schedules, documents, and communications.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, such as iCIMS, is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
