Building and maintaining influential relationships with clients and candidates is fundamental to the success of this role. The Recruiter will be responsible for a range of administrative and support tasks that are vital to the recruitment process. These include conducting lead intake calls, translating client job descriptions into standardized formats, managing job postings across various platforms, and keeping internal activity trackers and applicant tracking systems (ATS) up to date. Proactive communication is critical, as the Recruiter will regularly seek and provide feedback on candidate submissions, interviews, recent placements, and new openings.
