The Recruiter is responsible for screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to determine suitability based on the specific requirements of each client’s open positions. By focusing on both technical skills and soft skills, the Recruiter ensures that every placement is a strong match for the client’s business needs and workplace culture.
Building and maintaining influential relationships with clients and candidates is fundamental to the success of this role. The Recruiter will serve as a trusted point of contact, guiding both parties through the recruitment and hiring process. This includes maintaining ongoing communication, providing feedback, and ensuring that all stakeholders are well-informed at every stage. In addition to candidate management, the Recruiter will work closely with client accounts to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business operations, products, and industry landscape. The Recruiter will be responsible for a range of administrative and support tasks that are vital to the recruitment process.
