Recruiter - Summary
- Engage in end-to-end recruitment for field-based roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring.
- Facilitate strong partnerships with managers to align recruitment strategies with departmental goals.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a high volume of field-based positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to thoroughly understand role requirements and ensure best-fit hires.
- Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with organizational values.
- Represent the employment brand at conferences, job fairs, and workshops, effectively communicating the company’s mission and values.
- Create and deliver training materials for hiring managers to optimize their recruiting, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure all data is up to date.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive experience for all parties.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably within logistics, warehouse, or delivery environments.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently at all organizational levels.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or a combination of relevant education and experience.
