Duties & Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, evaluate, and select candidates to fill vacant roles.
- Work with senior leadership to identify personnel needs and define search assignments.
- Create detailed and accurate job descriptions that reflect current business requirements.
- Establish and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified candidates, with a focus on leadership and diversity.
- Leverage online recruiting resources and social media to identify top talent.
- Build partnerships with colleges, universities, and professional organizations to attract recent graduates and experienced professionals.
- Review resumes and credentials to ensure alignment with position requirements.
- Deliver clear and comprehensive information to candidates throughout the process.
- Develop and implement pre-screening questions to assist hiring managers in candidate evaluation.
- Coordinate and manage all communications with candidates, including scheduling interviews and logistics.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing company background, job expectations, and process details.
- Organize and document post-interview feedback with interview teams and candidates.
- Evaluate and provide feedback to hiring managers regarding interview performance and candidate fit.
- Conduct thorough reference checks and present findings to hiring managers.
- Manage the offer, negotiation, and closing process for selected candidates.
- Conduct follow-up calls and quality improvement assessments with both new hires and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all recruitment activities for compliance and audit purposes.
- Develop cost-effective sourcing strategies, including evaluating and negotiating with recruiting agencies.
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in recruitment.
- Travel occasionally to host job fairs or support new facility openings as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
