Recruiter Job OverviewARC Group is seeking a dedicated Recruiter for a full-time opportunity within our organization. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for talent acquisition and human resources who are looking to further their career in a dynamic and growing company. The role is based in Jacksonville, Florida, and involves primarily in-office work. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the continued growth and success of our company by sourcing, onboarding, and supporting new team members while ensuring compliance with key human resource policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and assisting with onboarding and training for all new hires.
- Prepare comprehensive job offer letters for selected candidates and assist with documentation related to employment, such as waiver requests, separation agreements, and official correspondence regarding layoffs or involuntary separations.
- Organize and maintain accurate personnel files, ensuring all records such as job descriptions, performance evaluations, and corrective actions are up-to-date and compliant with company policies.
- Monitor and support adherence to company documentation standards by supervisors and department managers, ensuring all necessary paperwork is properly submitted and maintained.
- Promote the company’s brand and open positions through social media management, including platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and the company website, and represent the company at job fairs and recruiting events to attract top talent.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in recruiting or human resources is required.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to manage and support team members effectively.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
