Key Responsibilities

- Address customer complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timelines, and follow up to ensure complete resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process account information, and ensure proper filing of documents according to company policies.
- Support office operations by collaborating with team members and contributing to a positive, productive work environment.
- Assist with outbound calls as needed for appointment reminders or customer follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities to ensure excellent communication with clients.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and the capacity to empathize with and advocate for clients when necessary.
- Superior communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and manage time effectively in a dynamic office setting.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with clients to ensure their needs are met.
- Genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers and contributing to their satisfaction and positive experience with the agency.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for clear, effective communication.
- Proficiency with computers and office software applications.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty insurance license as required.
