Receptionist - Summary
- Serves as the initial point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
- Handles a variety of administrative and office support duties to maintain efficient operations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Greeting, welcoming, and assisting visitors and clients upon arrival.
- Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Processing billing payments and sending notifications for late payments via email and text.
- Assisting customers with digital processes, such as setting up driver monitor discounts and digital filing.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail, distributing brochures, and mailing billing information.
- Updating policyholder contact information, including phone numbers and email addresses.
- Printing, faxing, and sending proof of insurance documents to clients as needed.
- Contributing to additional administrative and office support tasks as required.
