Receptionist - Summary
The Receptionist is the face of the office, responsible for greeting guests, managing communications, and supporting daily administrative functions. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations, delivering excellent customer service, and upholding the company’s reputation for professionalism and reliability. Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors in person and by phone, providing a positive and helpful first impression.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls to the appropriate team members with courtesy and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate basic office communications.
- Respond to general inquiries and provide accurate information about office services and procedures.
- Update customer records, process payments, and maintain accurate documentation as needed.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and ordering supplies.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces are tidy, organized, and welcoming for visitors.
- Assist with onboarding and training new staff, as required.
