Duties & Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors in person and over the phone, providing a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate office communications efficiently
- Answer inquiries, route calls, and direct questions to the appropriate team members
- Update customer records, process payments, and help maintain accurate office documentation
- Support general administrative functions, including filing, data entry, and supply management
- Assist team members with daily operational tasks as needed to ensure office efficiency
