Receptionist - Summary- Front-line administrative and customer service role in a busy insurance agency setting
- Acts as the initial contact for clients, visitors, and callers, ensuring positive experiences
- Supports the agency’s mission to deliver outstanding service and build lasting client relationships
- Full-time position with training available for candidates new to the insurance industry
- Provide accurate information on insurance products and services to clients and prospects
- Efficiently manage inbound calls and direct inquiries to appropriate team members
- Handle customer complaints, resolve issues promptly, and follow up to ensure satisfaction
- Document customer interactions, maintain updated client records, and process related paperwork
- Uphold high service standards and ensure all office protocols are followed
- Support daily office operations and contribute to a positive team environment
- Base salary with performance-based bonuses available throughout the year
