Receptionist - Summary
- Serve as the front-line representative of our agency, greeting clients and managing all incoming communications.
- Support daily office operations and maintain a positive client experience from first contact through resolution of inquiries.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer and route all incoming calls efficiently and professionally to appropriate team members.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions or alternatives.
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and resolution of concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process client accounts, and file essential documents securely.
- Contribute to a positive office environment by supporting colleagues and participating in team activities.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth front office operations.
