Receptionist - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information regarding agency products and services to clients and prospective customers
- Manage incoming calls, route inquiries appropriately, and handle customer interactions in a courteous manner
- Address customer complaints, provide timely solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and office operations
- Support the agency by making outbound calls to clients as needed
- Assist with office tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and organizing files
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in all client and team interactions
