Day-to-day, the Real Estate Paralegal is responsible for providing substantive procedural and legal support to the Real Estate Team. This includes reviewing and interpreting lease agreements, drafting correspondence related to lease obligations, and resolving landlord/tenant disputes. You will also be involved in the preparation and review of ancillary real estate-related agreements, ensuring all legal documents are accurate, comprehensive, and comply with applicable laws and organizational policies.
Applicants for the Real Estate Paralegal position should have at least four years of relevant experience, ideally gained within organizations that manage large, multi-jurisdictional real estate portfolios or have substantial property administration operations. Experience supporting real estate litigation or dispute resolution for major real estate companies is highly desirable. Advanced computer skills are required, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook being essential for daily tasks.
