Duties & Responsibilities
- Interpret and report a broad spectrum of imaging studies, ensuring clinical correlation and diagnostic accuracy
- Review and optimize imaging protocols based on best practices and appropriateness criteria
- Deliver diagnostic services across modalities, including Diagnostic Radiology, CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Interventional Radiology
- Communicate critical and time-sensitive findings to referring providers promptly
- Support initiatives for radiation safety and continuous imaging quality improvement
- Participate in peer review, quality assurance activities, MRI safety, and imaging protocol review
- Collaborate with providers to ensure optimal exam selection and imaging interpretation
- Attend and contribute to multidisciplinary conferences such as Tumor Board discussions
- Engage in strategic planning, educational outreach, and continuous improvement efforts within the department

Qualifications & Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Radiology (ABR/ACR preferred)
- Active, unrestricted U.S. medical license
- Valid DEA license
- BLS certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
