Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures as ordered by referring physicians
- Prepare patients for radiologic examinations, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the process
- Operate and maintain radiology equipment according to established protocols and manufacturer instructions
- Adhere to strict safety standards to protect patients, oneself, and colleagues from unnecessary radiation exposure
- Collaborate with radiologists, referring physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate imaging and optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and imaging documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines
- Stay current with advances in radiologic technology and best practices through continuing education and training
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and healthcare team members

Qualifications & Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or equivalent
- Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as a Radiologic Technologist
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging procedures and safety protocols
