Radiologic Technologist (Rad Tech) - Summary- Permanent, full-time position offering advanced diagnostic imaging responsibilities
- Utilize X-ray equipment and adhere to best practices in radiologic technology
- Support a multidisciplinary healthcare team in a leading Minnesota facility
- Play a key role in patient care and diagnostic accuracy
- Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures according to physician orders and established protocols
- Prepare patients for imaging exams, ensuring safety, privacy, and comfort throughout the process
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, ensuring it is clean, safe, and fully functional
- Evaluate images for clarity, accuracy, and diagnostic value prior to release to interpreting physicians
- Maintain accurate patient records and document imaging procedures in compliance with HIPAA and facility standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
- Follow all radiation safety procedures and regulatory guidelines to protect patients, staff, and self
- Participate in ongoing training, quality improvement, and continuing education initiatives
