Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform standard radiology and bone density procedures in accordance with established hospital protocols and best practices
- Ensure patient safety and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements throughout imaging procedures
- Prepare and position patients to obtain optimal diagnostic images, demonstrating care and professionalism at every step
- Maintain and operate radiology equipment, promptly reporting any malfunctions or maintenance needs to management
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare team members to review radiographs and contribute valuable insights to patient care plans
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines, supporting a safe environment for patients and colleagues alike
- Maintain accurate patient records and document all imaging procedures according to hospital standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities, including CT cross-training as applicable

Qualifications & Requirements
- Certification or associate degree in radiologic technology from an accredited educational program
- Current certification and registration as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as required
- Demonstrated experience in radiology; CT experience preferred but not required (cross-training provided)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-focused and collaborative approach
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced healthcare environment, handling diverse patient needs with professionalism
