As a Radiation Therapist (ARRT), you will be responsible for administering targeted ionizing radiation treatments to cancer patients under the supervision of a Radiation Oncologist. Radiation Therapist (ARRT) – Summary- Provide radiation therapy treatments as prescribed by Radiation Oncologists.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary oncology team in a leading cancer care setting.
- Ensure high standards of patient safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and adhere to established protocols.

- Administer prescribed doses of radiation to patients using specialized equipment.
- Follow all treatment plans and protocols as directed by Radiation Oncologists.
- Position patients accurately for each treatment session, utilizing immobilization devices as necessary.
- Monitor patient responses and report any unusual reactions or side effects to the oncology team.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, consistently following all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings, continuing education, and professional development opportunities.
- Support patients and families by providing information, reassurance, and compassionate care throughout the treatment process.
