Radiation Oncologist MD/DO - Summary- Deliver radiation therapy services in a multidisciplinary oncology center
- Work collaboratively with a team including another physician, RNs, radiation therapists, a dosimetrist, and a physicist
- Manage a diverse caseload with a focus on comprehensive patient care
- Provide consults, simulations, follow-ups, and oversee treatment protocols
- Perform patient evaluations, consultations, and ongoing assessments
- Develop, monitor, and adjust individualized radiation treatment plans
- Utilize advanced modalities including 3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS
- Conduct simulation sessions and oversee on-treatment visits (OTVs)
- Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary oncology team
- Participate in inpatient consults as needed
- Document patient progress, treatment outcomes, and follow-up plans
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements

- MD or DO degree required
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
- Active state medical license or IMLC LOQ (Letter of Qualification) in hand
- Experience in 3D treatment, IMRT, SBRT/SRS, patient simulation, consults, follow-ups, and OTVs
- Ability to provide coverage for two weeks each month
